“If you are frightened of heights then you might want to skip the tour of the farm because there are narrow paths on the edge of hills and one narrow bridge that was difficult to cross (they helped me). The whole process of making chocolate was explained (very similar to coffee) and you get to make your own custom chocolate to your specifications. Not bad! Yula is a world traveler and has spent a lot of time in the U.S. and Europe so she was very knowledgeable about cultures outside of Colombia and has plenty of interesting stories and advice to share.”

“Loved everything about the tour! I would definitely say horseback riding is not very accurate as its donkeys but it was very enjoyable and fun. The donkeys were well behaved and easy to manage. “This trip was very well organized. We left on a Sunday, and the guides suggested we leave earlier to Jardin so we can make it back before rush hour. Esteban is very knowledgeable, and well placed as a tour guide given his history in and around the area. He genuinely enjoys taking care of others, and making them feel like family. The tour was unexpected and we have changed our view on coffee and the production process forever. Getting to see Jardin was a real treat too, this town is like out of a history book. “My guide for the day was Mario, scheduled with a 1:30pm pickup. Mario was on time to pick me up and arrived at 1:30pm. Throughout the day, Mario was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
